ADAM HARRIS

Adam Harris was born in Oxford, England in 1993. He took up ballet at the age of 6 after watching his sister perform in a local recital, which captured his active imagination. At the age of 12, Adam was accepted into the Elmhurst Ballet School, where he studied until his graduation in 2012. During his time at the school, Adam was invited to dance with Birmingham Royal Ballet in their productions of Beauty and the Beast (Bintley) and The Nutcracker (Wright), among others, and he also performed with the likes of Boca Ballet Theatre (Giselle – Peasant Pas De Deux) and Midlands Ballet Theatre (Sleeping Beauty – Prince).
Since graduating, Adam danced with the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre, before joining the Croatian National Theatre in 2014. Some of his roles since joining the Croatian National Theater (HNK) include Beno – Swan Lake (Malakhov), John – Peter Pan (Madia), Fritz – The Nutcracker (Deane, Malakhov) as well as many others. Aside from his career as a dancer, Adam is an Associate of the Royal Academy of Dance, and he runs his own ballet school in the UK.
