SIMON YOSHIDA

Simon Yoshida was born in Tokyo, Japan in 1992. He started practicing ballet at the age of 7 and at the age of 10 he entered the Conservatoire National Regional de Paris. During his young age, he studied ballet in different schools, among them the École de l' Opéra de Paris and Conservatoire National Supérieur de Paris. He finished his ballet studies at the Ballet Academy in Munich. He danced as part of the Junior Company in Munich and the Polish National Ballet in Warsaw. He joined the Croatian National Theatre ensemble in 2015 as a demi-soloist and got promoted to first soloist 2 years later. He danced different solo and main roles like the Prince in Vladimir Malakhov's "Nutcracker" as well as in Derek Dean's version of the same performance, Benvoglio in Patrice Bart's "Romeo and Juliet", Beno in Vladimir Malakov's "Swan Lake" and many others.
